New Ulm Athlete Summer Speed and Strength ProgramSUMMER 2024

Description: The Summer Strength and Conditioning program is an enrichment opportunity for New Ulm athletes to train during the summer months. Our program is a comprehensive approach to training that addresses many of the components involved in achieving optimal athletic performance.Primary Goals:

*Reduce the likelihood and severity of injury.

*Stimulate positive physiological growth.

*Improve confidence and mental toughness.

*Improve athletic performance by improving strength, power, speed, agility, functional range of motion, and rest & recovery.

Participation: Any students entering grades 7th-12th (2024-2025 school year)

Location: New Ulm High School (Weight Room& Facilities)

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Dates: June 3rd - August 1st(NO SESSIONS from June 29th-July 5th)

32 total sessions/dates Cost: $100 per person

Coaches: Derek Lieser & Hunter Rodriguez

Sessions Times:

  • 6:30 – 8:00AM(9th - 12th grade)
  • 8:00 – 9:30AM(9th - 12th grade)
  • 9:30 –10:30AM(7th - 8th grade)
