Infant Essentials
Adult Only Classes

Becoming a parent, or stepping into a role of caregiver for an infant, is not always a linear path. In this class we invite any and all who will be, or hope to be, welcoming an infant into their lives in any capacity. Grandparents, foster parents, hoping to adopt parents, or soon to be parents - before baby joins your life, join us in this class to discuss what baby needs to be safe, healthy, and happy in your care. Topics will include safe sleep, car seat safety, feeding and diapering basics, support systems and creating a safe space for baby.

Events

Enjoy special time with your child as we roll out dough, bake, and decorate cookies in fun shapes. We provide all the supplies, and your kitchen stays clean! Space is limited. Please register each child attending separately to accommodate space and materials.

Frida Doula @ ECFE - Prepared Childbirth Class

Instructor: Kelsey Kober Invest time connecting with your birth partner while you learn about the process of birth, and how to effectively cope during labor. This three-night session will dive into the inner-workings of your body as it prepares for the birth of your beautiful baby, how to manage your labor, as well as newborn cares for when your bundle of joy arrives. The ideal time to take this class is late in your second trimester or early in your third trimester but all stages of pregnancy are welcome. This class is taught by a DONA-trained doula.
