  We’ll help you evaluate your financial readiness and the current market to determine if now is the right time for you.
• Do I Qualify for Assistance?
  Discover state and local grant programs that offer help with down payments, closing costs, and lower interest rates — and how to find out if you qualify.
• Understanding the Home Buying Process
  From pre-approval to keys in hand, our instructor, Lisa Holmquist will walk you through every step of the process. You’ll learn key terms, what to watch for, and how to advocate for yourself along the way.
• Not Quite Ready Yet?
  You’ll also have access to personalized one-on-one counseling to build a step-by-step plan to prepare for homeownership — no matter where you’re starting from.
