New Ulm Athlete Summer Speed and Strength ProgramSUMMER 2024Description: The Summer Strength and Conditioning program is an enrichment opportunity for New Ulm athletes to train during the summer months. Our program is a comprehensive approach to training that addresses many of the components involved in achieving optimal athletic performance.Primary Goals:*Reduce the likelihood and severity of injury.*Stimulate positive physiological growth.*Improve confidence and mental toughness.*Improve athletic performance by improving strength, power, speed, agility, functional range of motion, and rest & recovery. Participation: Any students entering grades 7th-12thLocation: New Ulm High School (Weight Room& Facilities)Coaches: Derek Lieser & Hunter RodriguezSessions Times: 6:30 – 8:00AM(9th - 12th grade) 8:00 – 9:30AM(9th - 12th grade) 9:30 –10:30AM(7th - 8th grade)
