  • Sunday, January 21 - 1:00 - 3:00 pm
    • Theme- SELF CARE - This 2 hour mini retreat will include a gentle yoga and relaxing guided meditation led by Kinzie, followed by self care themed craft/make and take, connection time with other moms, and a snack. Treat yourself to 2 hours of self care!
  • Sunday, February 11 - 1:00 - 3:00 pm
    • Theme - SELF LOVE - This 2 hour mini retreat will include a gentle yoga and relaxing guided meditations and affirmations for self-compassion led by Kinzie, followed by self-care themed craft/make and take, connection time with other moms, and a snack. Treat yourself to 2 hours of self care!
